My sisters fursona, took me forever to draw O.e Anyway this is her. Half black half white in her usual form but can shapeshift into any animal, human, dinosaur, whatever. And changes color as well with a few exceptions. That her one eye stays blue and so does her tongue, along with her markings staying any neon color. Also with it must be half on top half on bottom colors. ^^ Took me around five hours. Sorry if lineart and colorings looks odd. COLORING IS A PAIN IN THE ASSSSSSSSSsssss. But yeah. This is my sisters fursona.

EDIT: this dragon almost always has her huge wings, they are thick dragon one's. I just didn't add them to the body on the ref and they were separate to be shown. Please remember to draw them, and neon green is not the only color of her horns and markings. As long as it is any neon color they change color.
